Tips to re-create the Escape Spa experience at home:
- Light candles in your bedroom.
- Drop lavender oil on to your bath towels.
- Rinse your feet in shallow water with a slice of lemon in it, before you bath or shower.
- Sit in nature for a few minutes and listen to the sounds of the wind and birds.
- If you are unable to go outside, take a few moments to close your eyes, and slowly inhale and exhale three deep breaths.
